Xin'chi sat down at the table as well, grinning before looking over Trinity once more. There was something nagging her about that one. A certain buzzing in her head that was trying to recall a memory. "Come to think of it... I believe you match the description of someone I've heard of lately in the towns I've passed through. A... Red Magus or something like that? Quite the terror, they say."With another thunderous racket of the fat man going down the stairs once more, Xin'chi looked over again and began to chuckle. Her eyes drifted up towards the one standing atop the stairs once more, filled with a bit of mischievousness. "Are you going to stand around up there all day?" She decided to call out to the exotic younger woman. --- Tags: Trinity Isolde Tsan'lo

Trinity looked at Xin'chi for a moment as the latter seemed to look at her a little curiously. As if she was trying to recall something. Soon she mentioned that Trinity matched the description of someone she heard of lately. "That's a new one, I had already embraced the title of 'Crimson Witch' myself. But I am surprised that you've heard of me by now. I can't say I blame them for calling me something of a terror. If you know how I kill my victims, it'll make a bit more sense." Trinity giggled, looking still somehow not at all creepy or anything throughout this exchange. Soon a loud sound was heard - more tumbling down the stairs. Had the same man been kicked down the stairs again? Trinity looked and followed the gaze of Xin'chi. That young lady was STILL there. She looked to have this fixation on Xin'chi, and judging from their similar attire, perhaps she took some form of admiration. When Xin'chi asked the other stranger if she was going to stand around there all day, Trinity laughed.
"I bet she's your secret admirer, she was looking at you the whole time, y'know that?" Trinity giggled, playfully waggling a finger at Xin'chi. "Ya both look like ye come from Chon'sin, after all."

... Oh, they noticed. She flushed slightly red for a few seconds before regaining her composure, tilting her head at the group for a moment. Should she? The two were utterly uninteresting, yet the female with those clothes that were in ways alike ton what she had seen her mother wear and what she had described to her... She had to be from Valm, at the very least. She could ask her how the things over at Mortherland were doing, maybe even ask her if there were any working opportunities. She had to see Valm once in her life and this woman could be the key. So she went and walked down the stairs, hopping over the fat man she had kicked down before heading to the table, sitting down and then just awkwardly looking from person to person in silence. She dared to try and speak. Not yet. Later. Surely. Isolde Trinity Xin'chi

The Pegapony Princess of Love Truth and Justice!
The foreign young woman wasn't of much interest anyway, but the two ladies seemed to be talking with one another. And...a loud sound could be heard where the stairs were and a fat man had been apparently kicked down to where he stood. Perhaps, the other young woman had no interest in talking with them just yet, but she was looking at where Xin'chi was sitting. Not much was happening in the bar besides drunken men being beaten into submission and everyone inside seemed to have a good time.
The conversation that the two were having seemed to take a lighter turn and she had never heard of Trinity being called the Crimson Witch or Red Magus before. Maybe it was a title fitting for someone who killed with magic. Xin'chi seemed to notice the other young woman as well and the foreign woman seemed to tease her a little. Needless to say, the foreign young woman wanted Xin'chi to notice her, possibly hinting some sort of admiration that she never knew of.

" I can't say I blame them for calling me something of a terror. If you know how I kill my victims, it'll make a bit more sense." "Oh trust me Ms. Trinity, that's their favorite part to talk about. Shuddering all afraid when they mention it! It's kind of silly, really." Xin'chi commented idly to her red clad conversational partner before a teasing remark came to pass. " I bet she's your secret admirer, she was looking at you the whole time, y'know that?" The foreign mercenary mocked a look of surprise, placing a hand over her mouth as Trinity giggled, playing along. "Oh my! Oh please say you'll help me if she turns out to be a stalker, Madam Witch!" She gave a teasing giggle of her own before the other foreigner sat down. The ebony haired woman looked at Isolde and then at their new arrival with an amused grin. "Come now, no need to be shy. We're all here to enjoy our down time, right? What brings you all here?"Looking idly over her shoulder, Xin'chi also gestured at a waitress to bring her another drink. --- Tags: Trinity Isolde Tsan'lo

Trinity smiled as Xin'chi commented back idly regarding how that their favourite part to gossip about was indeed the killing. Well, it was probably the thing they most cared about anyways. Trinity nodded silently to that as the foreign mercenary played along with the joke that she threw, mockingly asking for Trinity to help her if she 'turned out to be a stalker,' but Trinity simply smiled wickedly to that remark, saying nothing. Eventually the 'admirer' in question decided to randomly come over and sit down at the table. She looked pretty stern and was intent on remaining quiet, eyeing everybody else seated at the table. Xin'chi tried to break the awkward silence by mentioning that there was no need to be shy. Isolde herself was very oddly quiet throughout all this. Perhaps she was studying the environs. Regardless, Trinity kept a watchful eye on her to make sure nothing bad happened to her. " Heh, bet she's only got her eyes on you," Trinity grinned. " Considering your garb and her's, I think it's safe to say she only sat over because of you." Trinity cackled, throwing a gold coin at the same waitress Xin'chi called over, asking for a drink as well. ** tagg'd: Isolde Xin'chi Tsan'lo

"Work." A simple answer that would quench their thirst. Hopefully. She listened to the two talk for a moment as she did not take anything from the waitress that came, keeping her eyes firmly planted on the other foreigner as she eyed her up and down constantly, trying to taste up a few words up in her mouth. She drummed her fingers against the table for a good while before she then opened her mouth for a while, awkwardly closing it after. She proceeded to repeat the motion a few times but it always ended up the same way. She would do it now. "Ex... Ahem. Excuse me." She stared to the woman in the foreign clothing. "I... The clothing you have hints you are from... From Valm, yes? Cho'sin, maybe? Hopefully. I'd... How is the situation there?" She tilted her head. "I mean... Things like who is ruling and what and why. Work opportunities? For a mercenary, uh. And..." She closed her mouth for a moment. That did not go at all as well as she thought it would. But she got the point trough. Hopefully. And hopefully the woman would answer in the way she wanted. Why was talking so hard. Isolde Xin'chi Trinity

Xin'chi grinned at her as the foreign woman asked her what brought her here. Trinity seemed to be teasing the foreign young woman for her admiration of Xin'chi. At least, everyone seemed to be having fun except for the drinking. She didn't mind though, but she felt like she wasn't ready to drink yet. After all, she was kind of young and had a childlike demeanor which was saying something. She sat there as she listened to the two women talking with one another and addressing the lone foreign young woman who said that she was working. Certainly, a rather short reason for coming to a tavern and desperate to be noticed by a woman that the other young woman didn't know.
"I think I happened to come here by mere curiosity, but I was doing some errands on my own." Speaking of which, those errands could wait...but, she did want to finish those soon. Just not yet anyway as she was fascinated by the foreign woman's lineage. Perhaps, the woman herself could tell a story or two about her home country.

"I think I happened to come here by mere curiosity, but I was doing some errands on my own.""Ah~. So was I before I decided to step in here for a bit." Xin'chi spoke up before turning her attention subsequently to Trinity's remarks on the similar clothing. It was certainly true the other exotic girl wore some of the older Chon'sin fashion. "I... The clothing you have hints you are from... From Valm, yes? Chon'sin, maybe? Hopefully. I'd... How is the situation there?" Well, seems the Crimson Witch certainly hit the nail on the head after all. "How so?""I mean... Things like who is ruling and what and why. Work opportunities? For a mercenary, uh. And..." The mercenary commander continued to grin, a bit of mirth visible in her eyes as she looked Tsan'lo. The other foreigner's shyness was cute, much like her other company this day. Xin'chi was about to respond when the waitress appeared once more with drinks, placing them on the table and departing once more. Taking a quick swig of her tankard, Xin'chi placed it back on the table while looking thoughtful. "Well, let's see... I haven't been back for a few years now, but it was much the same business as usual when I departed. Petty squabbles between the nobility while Chon'sin and Rosanne constantly tried to figure out how to truly cut out Valm. And Valm itself is the usual struggle, attempting to rebuild itself to the height of power back in the days of the legendary Walhart." She sighed briefly. "A shame there does not seem to be someone who can match that legend, but..." A wolfish grin replaced her thoughtful look. "One can always try, yes? As for rulership... I believe that the Queen is still in power unless a revolution or sudden disease came upon her."--- Tags: Trinity Tsan'lo Isolde

Trinity continued to gaze intently at the rest of the people sitting at the table. Xin'chi began to discuss the current affairs as she knew it from her land. From the way she spoke, it seemed that things over there were... somewhat chaotic. To what degree, Trinity was not entirely sure, but it was definitely clear to Trinity that whatever the current state was over there, it's apparently worse here, because otherwise Xin'chi would not be looking for mercenary work in this part of the land. Trinity grinned after taking another swig of her drink. Trinity remained silent, rapping her fingers idly on the table, before looking at Isolde, then Xin'chi, then the other foreigner. "That's interesting. Guess you figured you could find more opportunities amidst the chaos here, then?" Trinity suddenly interjected, yawning as she spoke. She was getting increasingly bored and the other foreigner's fixation on Xin'chi for reasons Trinity could not fathom was beginning to get on her nerves. There were other people at the table, you know.

"Alright... Thank you." She nodded her head in thanks to the woman as she explained. The queen? She had heard rumors from her father, yet... Angered her, in some ways. Not the queen herself, no, oh gods no, just the fact that her father sprung back to her mind so frequently nowadays. As if she was feeling regret or something similar. It was infuriating to say the very least, truly maddening at the most. She then returned to being silent as she sat there on her seat, drumming her fingers against the table. From the side of her eye she stared at the man she had knocked over. Maybe she should try and return to Valm soon. What did she have here that she cared for? What did she truly gain here, except for in the end pain and suffering aplenty? She had her pride to take care of, but she could easily do that in Valm, her ancient land where she had originated in. The thought swirled up in her head wildly. She did not know what to do with her life. Of course, to the people around her on the table it just looked like she had sunk into deep thought. The Pegapony Princess of Love Truth and Justice!
Now, that was quite an interesting story that Xin'chi had told. The Queen seemed to be a bit sick following Valm's rather chaotic state and she presumed that the other countries were in chaos as well. Well, she hadn't known what kind of countries were out there, but she might know if she had visited them. Still, those countries were in the same state as Ylisse was in and she did intend to try to make peace with the nobles soon enough. As she looked around, she could see that Trinity and Xin'chi were having a discussion with one another while the other foreign young lady didn't pay much attention to Trinity and her.
Part of her wanted to know if the Queen was okay and that it would be good to gather some information about the state of the foreign countries so far, but she would ask that later. She did not feel like she should be talking at the moment unless someone had a topic that she would contribute on. Either way, the subjects that the foreign woman talked about seemed to be of interest so far since she had a feeling that Valm might descend into bedlam sooner or later if those issues weren't resolved.
It had reminded her of the times when her father had told her of what was happening in Ylisse. The bedlam, the chaos, it was all part of what would eventually be Ylisse's downfall unless she found a way to stop all of it. Even if she did, there will be hardship and the Ylissean nobles might not accept the change at first.

" That's interesting. Guess you figured you could find more opportunities amidst the chaos here, then?" Trinity spoke up once more, the other two seemingly lapsing into silence and digesting what info Xin'chi was able to give on foreign affairs. The raven haired beauty did feel she could stand to get a more recent update on events involving the Valmese continent, but it was a secondary matter rather than a primary concern. Far as she was concerned for the time being, it was just a whole mess of stagnancy. But here... "Of course~! This continent is full of so much chaos and discord! A perfect thing for my line of work. All the gold I and my men can hold and even more. There is an edge of revolution everywhere and change is coming fast upon all the countries of this continent. Ferox is wrapped in change with two rulers seeking progress, one a tyrant and the other slow, but advancing. Plegia is quite enraptured with it's civil war and this Ylisse is quite frankly falling apart at the seams. This whole continent is set to take a plunge and for one such as I, it's the perfect outcry of needing what I offer."--- Tags: Trinity Tsan'lo Isolde
