BIO
• Tsan'lo was born to a pair of travelers on board of a ship heading for Ylisse. Her parents were overjoyed with her birth, hoping that she would one day grow up to be a well known and respected swordsmaster that would bring their family fame and fortune. Her childhood was that of diligent training with the sword. She did not have much free time, and even when she had it she simply trained herself in different ways.
• During her early teens her parents gave her her first real sword. She took the gift like she took all things in life up to that point. In silence and with stern respect. It was then that her parents realized that they might have pushed her too hard to try and be what they wished for her to be; A master with the sword, and nothing else.
• She had grown bitter, deep inside. Her parents, people who should have cared for her simply wished to meld her into an image that they themselves wished to achieve. So, in the black of the night on one fateful day, she left them. She only took with her what she needed; Some food, water, and her own bronze sword.
• Tsan'lo simply spent the next few years drifting from place to place, working for people as a sword for hire. Due to her rather miserable childhood she was never good at socializing, leading to her usually being fired from her work after a week or two. She never truly cared for who she worked to, her employers shifting from bandits to local lords to tax collectors to mercenary companies to people who wished for a body guard.
• Her view on her work changed forever during her latest job, however. She was hired by a small bandit band to help them in looting a village. Nothing out of the ordinary, she would not be recognized anyways. There were never any survivors. And there weren't any on this job either. Instead there was the sight of the bandits murdering a little girl. Now, that was ordinary, it was what bandits did. But this little girl tried to fight back with her own little wooden sword, dodging attacks and striking at the bandits. Something about the sight changed a few things inside of her, resulting in her simply leaving before the girl was killed. Now, she was on a new path. A path of travel and honor.
