[attr="class","info"]Although the games are heavily combat-oriented, particularly in that of battle, Knights of Cydonia is actually not going to implement an official system unless we begin to have problems of people not playing fairly - strange, I know, but the reason for this lies in the simplicity of the site, as well as to promote exploration of the universe and cultures rather than endless grinding to become the best. Please do, however, keep the following concepts in mind.
[attr="class","infobig"]CLASSES
The basic class system remains in place. Or at least, some semblance of it exists on site, and as such, it is a good idea to familiarize yourself with the details of it. Villagers, Dancers, Brides, and other special classes are not reachable at this time and likely will not be released; similarly, skills for each of the classes will also not be released in all likelihood; as such, classing is more for appearances and development as a character than a genuine way to improve your skills.[attr="class","infobig"]SKILLS
Skills are available for purchase in the shop. Unlike FE13, each class only has one skill associated with it. You may only purchase a skill for your character's current class. A character may equip a maximum of five skills; they may purchase any number of skills. Skills are KoC are primarily meant only as flavor. They embellish the character and give them some extra toys to play with when roleplaying battles. They are under no circumstances meant to be used as a structured combat system. Instead, use your skills to make your character look cool![attr="class","infobig"]WEAPONS
Weapons are available for purchase in the shop. Weapons never break at KoC! You start with a Rank E weapon of your choice. You must buy a Rank D weapon before buying a Rank C weapon. Then you must buy a Rank C weapon before Rank B, and so on. Buying a weapon of the appropriate rank also represents ranking up in your weapon skill as well. Each class has its own weapon specifications for what it can use, which can be viewed in more detail here. Please adhere to your class' weapons. We will provide gift codes for free starting weapons. Please do not claim a code if you're not given permission to do so! It is a royal pain in the ass for staff to go around removing accidentally claimed items.[attr="class","infobig"]FABLED WEAPONS
Since the terminology is unfamiliar, fabled weapons are, in short, weapons that have enchantments upon them and were originally forged long ago. They cannot break no matter how many times they are used but are extremely rare and usually one of a kind, such as Falchion. Weapons that are listed for absurd prices are meant to be gift-only fabled weapons, given out as a reward for completing difficult quests or through plot events.[newclass=.infobig]font-family: garamond; font-size: 20px; letter-spacing: 8px; text-transform: lowercase;[/newclass][newclass=.infosmall]margin-top: -5px; font-family: arial; letter-spacing: -1px; font-size: 12px; text-transform: uppercase;[/newclass][newclass=.info]margin-top: -5px; color: #ddd; width: 400px; background-color: #343434; border: #282828 10px solid; padding: 10px; text-align: justify;[/newclass]
