What're you looking at?
My name is Tsan'lo. Not that you'd have the right to know.Beware beware beware the words I twist... [attr="class","infome3"]About me Now, let's get this out of the way. Tsan'lo is probably the biggest jerk you will ever meet. She'll insult you, make snide remarks about your family, and at the end of the day she will probably not even pay for the ale you two went to buy. That doesn't mean that she isn't a good person deep at her heart, no, heavens no. She is just... Bad, at social interaction. Give her some time, just try to keep at her tail... And maybe she will actually for once say "thank you." [attr="class","infome2"]Friends Tsan'lo is pretty hard to befriend. You'd need to slowly but surely get past her constant insults and remarks just to get to the more nice part in her, and even then it would be rather awkward considering her little to no social skills. But giving it time... Who knows? [attr="class","infome2"]Enemies Contrary to what you'd believe, Tsan'lo does not consider everyone her enemy just because she insults and generally dislikes everyone. But if you just happen to do something that breaks her very loose and strange code of honor, she will proceed to be wary around you until you show even the slightest marks of hostility towards her. [attr="class","infome2"]Lovers Now. Lean in, this is a secret. You close? Good. She's actually pretty gosh darn easy to woo over if you just happen to have certain specific personality traits. Sure, people without them can try and might still succeed, but certain kinds of people can just get closer to her instead. The ideal person would be someone who can tolerate her and try and teach her how to actually not be rude to everyone, all the while keeping her attention by occasionally sparring her so that she won't just up and leave. [attr="class","infome2"]Family None alive. That was short. I didn't want to post here yet because I'm not certain about the offer. But if you need a plot, my idea was for Tsan'lo to end up joining/accompanying Shamees' convoy. He'll be accompanying the Knights soon afterwards in a paralogue and Tsan'lo can decide to leave or stay with them.
While not very patient or tolerable (in fact, maybe even the opposite), Shamees and his crew were all soldiers with a strong bond. Tsan'lo seems to be the type who would need to learn respect with a dose of punch and tough love for her to understand. More importantly, Shamees and the others aren't going to be affected by mere insults. Rather than tolerating, they're tough veterans who wouldn't give a crap about what some rude kid would say. They'll just go on and treat Tsan'lo with what she deserves. Shamees has the strict but honourable personality to guide Tsan'lo, like a dad who has a bit of an iron fist. He approaches things rationally and so would be able to give Tsan'lo the answers she might want without being aggravated.

Hmm. I'm not sure if I'll be able to drop by your open thread since it's a forest. A town or anything on the road would be more ideal. The best I can come up with is Tsanlo just waking up inside the caravan after Shamees and the others found her. She might have collapsed from exhaustion or had some wounds, or hit her head. Up to you if you see it happening.

Hmm. I could take up collapsing from too many wounds. She IS just a 19 year old girl in the wild. Could say that there was wolves or something similar, possibly? Sorry if my idea well seems a bit dry, I'm about to go to sleep.

It's fine. I could start the thread if it's more convenient for you.

Because we've talked about it enough in the Cbox that it became a thing. xD
So yeah, we know who Dao is and we know who Tsan is. They had a thread together and that really ended up with Dao leaving a large ass sword slash shaped hickey all across Tsan's back. I doubt that hickey's gonna be leaving any time soon either. That said, besides the jokes, I'd actually find it really cool if the two of them repeatedly met each other across the site's time line progression; hopefully in opposing sides because that'd be sweet as fuck.
I'm not sure if they'd really be friends, at this point that most they could probably be would be reluctant allies because the situation called for it. It could really also be 'hate' that turns into 'grudging acceptance', where it just comes to the point they aren't even surprised to see each other on the battlefield. But yeah, crossing swords is gonna be a thing.

Mhm, that sounds pretty rad. But there's something deeper here too. Potential. We see (mostly because you'd have killed her if ya didn't) that Dao wants to keep her alive. Possibly for challenge in the future, or some strange compassion for a brave fighter.
But what if we dig deeper?
What if there is something there. A feeling of kinship that comes out more and more as they meet? Something akin to feeling like a soulmate, but not in the romantic sense. (or well maybe but eh)

Hmmmmmm, yeah, the challenge bit is a thing. It's imperative that Dao gets his sword skills up to snuff so he could finish his objective off, that and he just really loves sword play. it runs in the blood, and it's really the only thing he has left of his family besides the small pendant of his. And concerning that kind of route, I did play with the idea a bit. It's not entirely impossible, and I'm totally up for it if it ends up that way, but we'll need to see future interactions between the two first.
Fighting back to back sounds like a pretty damn well good idea down the road tho. Nothing says "i don't want to trust you but I have to" in a do or die situation against overwhelming odds after all.

Gonna be totes honest here I think Rima's the only one I got to break through the Tsun. None of the others are properly equipped. Other than Ceresi. But she'd kill her.
Unless you just want to kick around Vaigali because that's always fun.

I could see Tsun EVENTUALLY just going "FINE ill talk to you and tell you stuff and stuff if you just leave me alone" after meeting Rima and spending some time with her. I'd be interested in threading about the idea. dun wanna get tsun killed so i shall leave rima as the only candidate

Tsun no you will never be free if you do that. Never. She will start dragging you around shopping and pounce on you and not shut up. She will not take hints. She does not accept tsunness. You will either befriend her or you will just give in and accept that she likes climbing on you.

Don't take it as a challenge. You'll summon her taguel husband Balthazar to growl at you until you give in.
