The Pegapony Princess of Love Truth and Justice!
Needless to say, the city did provide a bit more air than the countryside and the cafes in there were no exception. The whole place was just teeeming with bustling people shopping in the marketplace and every once in a while, some shopkeeper would offer some pretty necklaces at a reasonable price. She had distinctly remembered that one of the cafes she visited had a good selection of tea and coffee which was rather needed for waking up in the morning at work. She did meet a red-haired man with a Pegasus which was probably a good sign, but then there were more worse people out there than a very nice young man with a Pegasus.
There was still the notion that rogue bandits might seek out some places to pillage and this city was no exception. Even so, she felt pretty safe within the city walls, preferably by herself. She wished that her bodyguard was with her, but he was out doing something else. Something that she wouldn't be able to go on since it was in his line of former work. She needed to get better with using a lance though. Perhaps, a few training sessions might help her with that.

It was one of those nice days when you were in the high places of society pretending to be someone else, while your guards did the same being near or about you with the high emphasis of not putting attention to themselves (OOC: Anyone who sees them gets a boot to the head). The café Pantaleon was currently at had been suggested to him by a steward residing over the mansion he was living at while doing his diplomatic stuff here in Ylisse.
Pantaleon himself had ordered berry and rose tea as well as a cake that would make any orphan want to kill him for wasting good ingredients on something as simple as a cake. Well, a slice of cake. He wasn't the type to eat a whole cake as he would find that gross. He sat away from one of the windows with the wall behind his back.
He blew his tea before taking a sip of it wondering if the high people of Yalisse were the gossiping or talking sort. Well he would soon find out if one of the people in the café wanted to start a conversation with someone who looked foreign but still tasteful like him.

The Pegapony Princess of Love Truth and Justice!
She saw some people go inside the cafe which meant that they were drinking some tea and just relaxing in general. Opening the door, she could smell the aroma of brewed tea itself and hear some of the people talking. Only one person stood out like the rest of the people inside and it was a green-haired man. She was a bit thirsty though, so she stood in line with the others just waiting to order their tea. Waiting a little before she was in the front and she ordered some iced tea. After all that was said and done, she paid for the tea and by some mere curiosity, sat next to the man's table. She was a bit timid at first because she did not know the man well, but she figured that he was the nice sort of person, thus it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of conversation with him. Taking a sip of her tea, she was a little curious of this man and there was something strange about him too.
"Um, hello. It's a really nice day out to relax."

As he drank his tea that had cooled quite fast, he studied the people walking in and out of the café. Most people did the sensible thing of waiting by their table, but a blonde girl (who may be a young woman), did not, but ordered by the desk. This girl would later sit on a table near his, but he did not notice her beyond the before mentioned as she appeared insignificant to him. When she sat by the nearby table, Pantaleon would have normally mused about her appearance, presence, and demeanour.
“I have no opinion one way or another. I am too busy not doing anything as I wait for work to stack up again making me actually busy,” he responded taking a sip of his tea.
He looked back at her noticing just how young her is, the only way she could look younger was if she laughed and didn't show any smiling wrinkles. She looked well fit making him think she was either of the merchant, or noble caste. He could really confirm it without asking as her shoes were not visible from the table. (OOC Note: No he did not check out her legs.)
“I can't complain though being an official. Much easier work than being stabbed out on the field, which is busy around the world as far as I hear,” his face opened up as he wanted to approach her instead of talking all about himself, “so what brings you here other than the tea, young miss?”

This man looked interesting enough and he responded by having no opinion on the matter. Though, he did ask her what brought her here besides the tea. "Well, I'm kind of on an errand for my family, but decided to stop here for a bit of a break, mister." His ramblings earlier did make her sort of curious about what he was talking about. Possibly an official since he mentioned that he was one, but he wouldn't be here in plain sight, would he? Then again, the man looked a bit older than her, perhaps in his early or mid twenties. The man looked like he exuded some kind of mysterious air and possibly came from some kind of ancient family. A family that she hadn't known of in books.
It was safe to say that this man had a studious demeanor, almost as if he studied movements or the like. Sipping some more of her tea, she seemed to be relaxed around the cafe's atmosphere, mostly because the people inside were usually chatty. Not to mention that some of the people inside seemed to dress impeccably.
