The Royal Guard Wants You!

The gist is that I need guardsman for Plegia's Royal Guard.
The full Plegian faction details can be found here and from this, we have this description of the guards:
The Plegian Guard - In my mind, these are elite crack troops meant to guard the castle and the royal line. Think GoT's Kingsguard, SnK's Police Brigade, the Varangian Guard, etc. Rowan is the captain of the Plegian Guard. They number a few dozen, and you're welcome to apply as one! They should either be excellent combatants or from a very well-connected family (ideally both).
With this in mind, the guard still needs actual people in it to protect said royal dweebs. While, all in all, I really don't care what you make, some preferences I do have if you do go for something:
-Older characters with life experience, perhaps having seen the old Plegia vs Ylisse
-Knights and Archers. Seems to be a trend so far with Plegia's higher ups, let's keep it going on.
-Archers. I lied, I want more Archers. You really can't touch the royal family if you get pwned two spaces away by people who can't miss, and Rowan would love some students and compatriots in the bow wielding world.
-At least one super spoiled one could be really nice.
-Potentially a Grimleal spy in the ranks. Would need to plot on this with Maeve and Ariel
