the looking glass, so shiny and new!
Suna couldn't help but feel relieved as Layle continually humored her poor excuses to be a coward, even assuring her that the Khan wouldn't be interested in biting her head off when she came back with Layle. Gosh. What a nice man. Suna definitely figured between sitting where poachers were and sticking around Layle, she 100% preferred sticking around Layle.
Even if... that apparently meant riding a horse. Suna blinked, and then paused. Well, she could stay in beast form a little longer instead, but.... okay, in all honesty, she was going to get tired eventually, and even though the fact that she had never ridden a horse before was a bit scary, it was also... a bit exciting, maybe? Layle was a good horse rider, she was pretty sure. The worrying thing was that Cid apparently didn't spook easily.
If that was true, well...
What about her?
let's hope there's nothing as scary as me, then... Suna said, before she transformed back into a human, shivering at her sudden lack of fur to combat the cold. She actually sneezed, her ears sticking straight up for a moment, before she sniffed and rubbed at her nose. Okay, hopefully she wasn't getting sick. Suna spent a few moments fussing with her hair - it always ended up unsatisfactory, coming out of a transformation - and then approached Layle. so...
She paused. i don't know anything about riding a horse... she admitted it sheepishly, guiltily. so, um...? and here, Suna questioningly moved to the saddle, glancing between trying to figure out how she was supposed to get on, and at Layle's face trying to discern if she was doing anything right at all.
