BLACK TEARS, BLACK SMILES Black credit cards and shoes You can call all the people you want But it's you who's being used Even if he was King--didn't mean that he was already entertained. To be honest there were days that he wished he wasn't King, then he wouldn't have to keep hearing the annoying voices of nobles. He swore that they we intentionally trying to drive him mad!
Either way he was just biding his time til they weren't looking, once they weren't--he himself would sneak out. He didn't become King because these men wanted him to be King--he became King because of the people.
He wasn't about to let these men ruin their lives, "Your Majesty, are you evening listening?"
Dang they caught him not paying attention as he looked up at them with bored eyes, "yes of course I was listening." He winced at the look he had gotten--if looks could in fact kill, he was sure that would have. Then again who knows what these men could have been thinking.
Then he saw it, his means of escape as they turned around towards each other. Their murmuring was low, but their attention was drawn away from the King as they now realize he wasn't indeed listening. He looked at the door as innocently as possible before slipping out quietly.
It wasn't that uncommon for him to slip out of a meeting, so the guards just let him pass on without concern. Then again it was also because they wouldn't dare stop a King, not that he would have cared. He was sure that it was majorly because he didn't want to be there that they let him go.
The trick part now was how to get out of the castle itself, mostly he was able to do younger, but now.... Now he was King, and he was certain that it would be a bit trickier to get out. It wasn't anything he couldn't handle, just required him to lose the getup he was in now.
He went to his chambers changing out of the stuffy noblemen's clothes he had been wearing. Instead he wore something was fit snugly against him, and he could breath easier within it. Now all that was left was to exit out of the east wall.
It was a favorite place to sneak out of, there were hardly any guards there, and it was perfect place to slip in and out unnoted. He was sure that after an hour or so the castle would no doubt be scrambling to find him. He was going to take whatever time he had to enjoy some freedom.
He poked his head out of the chambers looking both ways seeing the hallway clear. A smile graced at his lips before he started walking down the hall towards the east wall. He was sure that he wasn't being followed or no one was seeing him leave--at least that's what he thought.

Kallen Shey Sin | Deadly Smell | 483/483
Kallen delightfully moved about the area with an ease of foot in her usual attire. Her perky auburn hair flamboyantly curled for the wind blowing while she did conveniently look out of place with the nun outfit she wore, her graces were made steady by the lack of headset. That all allowed her to be recognized for the individual she was soon to be known as. Currently she was merely looking for a distraction from day to day life as it all has become far too stagnant for her in the natural civil frivolity that was too quaint for her currently.
Truth is told she preferred to be away from the out in open areas. They were always filled with people but then again she was near a castle and that meant town square was full of different people. With some kind of mind, she was all the more able to move in and out of the crowd with less worry of being spotted as the girl who destroyed a monastery. It was of course thanks to the orphan bodies she was able to escape from that place by hiding in the reeking death of bodies that she corrupted into her experiments.
Having top go into hiding while only at sixteen years of age was a sad twist of fate, to be particularly kind was also a twisting of fate she rather stay away from but at the end of the day, her colors would shine again. “Another body to be added to the toll I do believe is the price I pay.” It was her personal creed, her speaking it while moving through the crowd. The throngs of people allowed her to move and allow others to hear it yet with her dressed like a nun they assumed it was another individual within the crowd saying it.
That would be when the rumors start, flooding like wild fire, as talk of another killing will occur. Mass murderers had ran rampant in many sectors and now they were feeling violated by a captor as well. Kallen nonetheless had no interest in those that had no skill, no real likelihood of wanting to live; no, that made the impulse stronger to hunt someone who wished to live more than the rest and live for those that would rather die. Yes, a subject like that would be most susceptible for her to utilize into her experiments she doth believe.
“Where are you my little duckling? Where are you so I can cut you and dissect you to see how you tick little duck?” The cruel voice muttered with how she just wanted to rip to shreds a sanity bound being and allowed her to enjoy a thorough analysis of a brain. That would be when she arrived at the base of the east wall, leaning against it and watching out at the crowds before her.

A rdin was happy, extremely happy to be exact. Where her usual happiness stemmed from bathing in the blood of nonbelievers, heretics, other soldiers, this time she was happy to serve the high priestess of the Grimleal. Today she was in Gra of all places, but not as a knight, but as a servant. If she was in her usual armor, it would have definitely attracted unwanted attention, maybe a few glares as well. However until she is given an order to kill heathens, she will remain dormant. Besides the other mission is keeping her rather busy. She might have been fast if it wasn't for her missing right eye. Unconsciously, she reached over and scratched where the eye patch was, fearing she would end up poking through the hole again, she had to force herself to stop. It was agitating whenever the irritation began. All she can do was wait for it to subside. She glanced around, staring at the general bustle of people. She hated this place for a number of reasons. There was no real devotion to Grima in this sorry excuse for a city. It also appeared that the true war hasn't reached quite here, at least not yet. No matter, she will have her dues soon enough. These people may not believe in the one and only truth, but it was there loss. Besides, it mattered not, when Grima rose, all will fall. She couldn't help, but smile at the thought. Checking the contents of the basket, she was satisfied by her find. The High Priestess would surely enjoy the dessert she was out buying ingredients for. For a city full of heathens, they sure made good powdered treats. She had to stock up well, visiting this place made her spirit sick. The lightness of her maid uniform allowed her to easily carry the basket of supplies as well as the backpack full of various other treats. The only issue was finding a few other ingredients that were rather essential for the meal. Her desperation and frustration was growing rather high that she even considered talking to some of these so called people. Glancing about, she looked for people that didn't seem too busy, her more polite side showing. It wasn't until she saw a figure at the east wall, did she feel inclined to approach. Tugging at her pack to make sure it was secure along with her lance (she would be an idiot to not carry her weapon around), she began dashing and waving at the figure. "Excuse me!" she called out, waving her free arm about, her politeness from years of helping at the inn beginning to show up.

BLACK TEARS, BLACK SMILES Black credit cards and shoes You can call all the people you want But it's you who's being used He was almost to the wall, and he could even taste the freedom that laid behind it. He went immediately to the large space in the wall that had since then crumbled. He smiled to himself once more as he looked back at the castle before making his way through the crack.
Finally, now I can have a break from their crazy nonsense....
“Where are you my little duckling? Where are you so I can cut you and dissect you to see how you tick little duck?”
That's what he heard from the other side of the wall as he furrowed his brow, "wha--whoa!" He had not paid any mind to where he was keeping himself as he fell out from the large space--landing squarely on his face.
Thankfully it had not been stone he fell on as he groaned rubbing at his nose. Thankfully it was neither bleeding nor seem to be broken, but he did have a good smug of dirt on there. He rubbed the back of his head before actually taking notice of someone next to him.
He stood up quickly with that same smile, but not really looking at the person before him. "Right--uh--lets forget that ever happened, and you didn't see that." Once he did open his eyes however--he finally noticed how the girl looked.
In his opinion she could have been mistaken for someone who worshiped Grima, but that wasn't something he could easily say. It was common to see Dark Mages in Pelgia, so this girl was most likely one of them--that didn't mean he liked them either.
He looked away for a moment, "my apologies, but I need to go before they find out." He was about to walk away when something or rather someone started running over.
"Excuse me!"
He blinked looking up at yet another girl running over to them, and it took him a moment for to actual register at what looked like a maid running to them. He pointed to himself before looking at the girl behind him, "uh--is she talking to you or me?"

Kallen Shey Sin & Ardin | Deadly Smell | 426/909
Kallen continued to think about how a dissection would profoundly work out well for her, the way it could evidently allow for her movements to undertake and there in formulate a way to figure out how a brain works. It was all about how one could understandably do what she could learn in formations and undertakings of all that was naturally unique in a formidable understanding. It was something far different from what one could go through in a normal dissolution of thought and gain of the process. Her hands moving along themselves as if uniquely pursuing and covertly undertaking the knowledge as there was.
Kallen had managed all the lucky workings of what she could ever utilize in her working and unnaturally so in her own thoughts while she soon found such a unique venture she heard something from inside the wall, her eyes looking to her right as she soon found the wall itself having a crack within it. The crack itself was all too unnatural and she understood that this possibility could very well lead to what she knew was all the more unnatural and unforthcoming in what one could understandably notify and understand in the same instance.
The person from the wall though, that person happened to seem quite the diligent individual and it also seemed he heard what she said while also having given way to speak of what she plotted. It was ironic to the ideology of what she could truly understand in some manner while she motioned to manage her time all the wiser. It was significant to what she could do and at the same instance, she heard another voice calling out, her eyes coming up and looking directly into that direction only to see some girl running. The outfit caused her to have different ideas.
A small smile to her lips, her eyes moving from the boy to the girl as she smiled, “I think she was calling to us both perhaps.” Yes the circumstance there as she started to think to herself how she would love to dissect the girl in the maid outfit and make her out into a very diligent corpse, perhaps a lovely manikin as well stuffed with fluff after checking out the brain and interior muscle capacity. Such things as this could truly prove quite a guided idea for use with what she knew of the human body. Nonetheless, she merely looked up with a smile, her eyes keen as she stared at this girl with a little wave of a hand.

A rdin didn't slow down as she noticed a young that seemingly appeared from nowhere. It could have been from the blindspot of her right eye, but she didn't care. It wasn't like it was a large group of people. Plus it still seemed as though they weren't busy so that she wasn't disturbing from doing their own duties. With another hurried puff of air she finally reached the two lovers. As far as she knew, the man was meeting a lover of his. Not that the actual context need to be true. She could only hope, he wasn't thinking of anything uncouth. Sure she was a rampaging lunatic of the Grimleal, but she still had standards in a social situation. So as she stood before them, she politely curtsied as it was customary before asking what she needed. "Excuse me once again, I hope I'm not troubling your delightful meeting too much, but I am in need of finding a shop. Do any of you know where I can find Hursa's Fantastic Spices?" She asked politely, seeing as this was no time to make enemies of any ilk. She just wanted to get out of the city with her goods. She didn't trust anyone here as far as she could kick them, but that was what the lance was for. Actually committing murder didn't trouble her conscience at all, especially for self defense.

BLACK TEARS, BLACK SMILES Black credit cards and shoes You can call all the people you want But it's you who's being used Sin looked to the woman next to him, and the girl in the maid outfit the next. To be honest both girls seem to be strange in the normal sense, but it was no doubt just Sin's mind. There was still that nagging suspicion still there though that there was more to these girls than meet the eye. "I think she was calling to us both" was what the girl next to him said. He looked at her for a moment with a smile, "heh, ya I guess you got a good point there." He watched as the other girl got closer to them, his eyes sweeping over to the girl next to him. Even with his immature nature and sarcastic behavior, he could maintain focus long enough to read someone. Though every time he looked at her--she brought him more on edge. It was like the girl next to him was studying the girl in front of them as though she was an experiment or a slab of meat. Sin raised a brow, but didn't say a word as his eyes went back to focus on the girl coming towards them. When she was close enough he smiled, "hey there.""Excuse me once again, I hope I'm not troubling your delightful meeting too much, but I am in need of finding a shop."Sin smiled wider, "oh no--no trouble at al--wait meeting?" He blinked pointing to himself and then the girl next to him, "oh! You thought, no we just met, you see I came through that wall there." He pointed to the large crack in the wall. "I just fell through, and she happened to be here, but that's not the point." He smiled apologetically for interrupting the girl, "very sorry for interrupting, please do continue...." He scratched the back of his head listening contently. "Do any of you know where I can find Hursa's Fantasic Spices?"Sin smile widen, "actually it so happens that I do. It's right next door to my favorite sweets shop. How about I take you there?" He pointed to the direction where it was at, "I was headed there anyways."Before he could even more or say anything further, commotion started to rise near the front gates towards the castle. Sin stupidly looked towards the direction where the front gates where seeing guards pouring out. He cursed silently under his breath at the scene. To his dismay one of the nobleman's--to be honest he couldn't even remember the old man's name filed out as well. Even from far away he could hear his annoying high pitched voice fill the air, "I can't believe you idiots lost his majesty! Don't just stand around, and search for him!" Sin looked insultingly at the man for calling his guards idiots. So they weren't very good at keeping him inside of a castle--it didn't mean they deserved to be called idiots. "bah I'll deal with that man later...." he said annoyed before realizing he said that aloud. He looked at the girls quickly, "so you want to go to the spice shop? Lets all go to the spice shop ya? Better yet, lets get going now!" He placed his hands on both girl's shoulders, hoping that his luck was high enough where they wouldn't out right kill him for touching them. At best he would have no doubt asked politely to escort both girls, but considering what was behind him--he didn't have time to be. He leaned forward, "I'm really sorry about this, but I rather not be anywhere near those guys, though I'd totally understand if you want to slap me?"

Kallen Shey Sin & Ardin | Deadly Smell | 409/1318
Kallen was glad this boy mulled it over so well, having the misunderstanding that either of them were on a date cleared up. She hated the thought of dating currently, because if she ever found someone interesting enough to date them, odds are she would want to carve them up and dissect them into nothingness. It was a familiar feeling, for it reminded her of the time she spent at the orphanage with all the children, dissecting them were so much fun and she enjoyed every splintering of bone second of it. How long would this boy remain conscious though, if indeed such an act were to take place.
Her smile only came to become a frown when the man suggested sweets. Something sickly that she never had the stomach for yet she was intrigued by how this man was now being somewhat fidgety. It was curious to her as she smiled, her eyes tracing the lines of which she noticed the direction of voices. The castle’s exterior having been what one would say is compromised while the boy touched both girls, the touch having sent a shivering ripple through her frame as all she could think about was how this boy had dared touch her, even if it were just on the shoulder.
The touch itself meant little to her, but the fact he did it so casually, and to aim on getting away from these foolish beings called guards. It was something she could not stand for itself as she perked her eyebrow and brought a hand to her lips, her teeth biting into her hand and with a small whisper of a very hidden and forbidden language. She slapped him, but of course; all this was done in a matter of seconds and was quite flowing with how he had touched her shoulder.
The slap itself was not strong, in fact, it was the spell behind the slap with the blood on it, and if the slap connected then the hex would be made. The hex was a misfortune hex, would not last a long time but any time for the saying ‘in the wrong place at the wrong time,’ would seem perfect in a situation, that would be when the hex comes forth and actively makes the boy in peril. Otherwise, it was harmless aside from what little blood would be on the boy’s face and therein be wiped off even, “Now then, let’s go.”

A rdin didn’t care that the pair wasn’t a couple, it sure looked that way. No matter though, their personal life was none of her business. The only person’s personal life that really mattered was her mistress’ who also holds the secret of her identity within the Grimleal. Call her uncaring, but that was simply the fact. Her only response to the matter was to give a shrug to indicate that it didn’t matter. As she expected, at least one of them knew where the store was. When the young man looked away due to some distraction or another, she glanced over at curiosity. It just seemed as though one of those snobby nobles coming out of their own world. She had a certain disdain for nobles, albeit exceptions are made for the Grimleal, especially her mistress. She finds them generally very despicable and unlikable. They also tended to beg for their lives on the battlefield, but they found no mercy from her. She cared not for their monetary worth especially when instructions specified a place to be cleansed for the great Grima. What she didn’t expect from the young man was for him to place his hand on her shoulder and direct her to the destination. She restrained herself from reaching over to her lance and attempt to stab him through the head. However the other girl didn’t seem to have the same amount of restraint as he got himself a rather nasty slap. “No worries sir, you are leading me to the store after all,” she smiled, her appearance completely the opposite of her disposition. In a way she was a brilliant actress, she knows how to play the part to the extent that nobody, but the mistress, knew that she was the knight behind the armor. She had to rethink the situation for a moment. It isn’t good to let the young man think he can do this to whatever girl he crosses the streets. He could be worse than just touching strangers he just met, her maid side just screamed at her to correct this behavior. “Just know that if you try anything more, I have no quims of putting your head on a pike,” she said, her voice coming out calm, smooth, and strangely gentle. Her threat seemed quite a bit more perturbing as she kept her unassuming smile.

BLACK TEARS, BLACK SMILES Black credit cards and shoes You can call all the people you want But it's you who's being used Sin knew the slap was coming even before it hit him, and he flinched slightly from it. Perhaps there was a better way to tell them, but saying that one was the King wouldn't really help. At least not in a place that was so crowded with other people, and the fact that the nobles were a few feet away.
Sin was even sure that the Captain of the guard was there. He wasn't afraid of Siegfried--on his good days, but when it came to days that Sin did this--Sin didn't want to be found by him. So he rather not have been caught by either noble or Siegfried at this point.
The other girl seem to be just fine, though he was sure she was holding back. He looked at them both apologetically, "I promise to explain all of this later, but I really don't want to say it here, and so near the castle." He let go of their arms, "excuse me for being so rude."
“No worries sir, you are leading me to the store after all,”
Sin looked at her with a raised brow, before touching his redden cheek wiping off the blood there. He look absentmindedly towards the girl on his other side about the blood, but had a feeling she wouldn't say anything. "It still doesn't excuse me for that--my mother would roll in her grave."
“Just know that if you try anything more, I have no quims of putting your head on a pike,”
Sin blinked and gave a nervous laugh, "why does that oddly sound familiar?" His thoughts suddenly went back to his guard captain, and shivered at the thought of what lecture he'd get this time. He sighed before looking at the girls, "I really am sorry."
Only when they were far enough away did he turn to them, "now then to explain my eagerness to get away from the castle....." He gave a nervous smile, "I haven't seen you both here before, and believe me when I say I sneak out of the castle a lot."
He looked at the people walking pass him, "I'm Sin, or to be specific I am--as the nobles call it---" he said rolling his eyes. He hated it when they gave titles or names that were just completely and utterly stupid to him.
"I am Sin of House Plegia, King and Majesty of Plegia."
He looked at both girls, "a boring job, but it's a job I wouldn't give up if it meant doing the best for the people." He shrugged then, "though it's good to get out of there half the time, believe me when I say--noblemen piss me off--even though I technically am one."
He scratched his head, "so--you still need to go to that spice store?"
He waited for the answer before smiling, "alright, so it would be this wa--" he never got to finish that sentence. Just as he was about to finish it, a rider and horse came storming pass. As the horse moved pass it had hit a puddle of water, splashing Sin.
He blinked for a moment before sighing, "okay--that was--right...." He looked away for a moment, "right--lets just forget that happened...."

Kallen Shey @sin & @ardin | Follow | 300/1,618
Kallen liked the little girl who seemed to be so very strange and odd at first. Of course, this meant that Kallen wanted to rip the girl apart and dissect her like a frog but she had to keep some kind of appearance in mind and steady form of her mental state. Or else she would go crazy and no one, not even scientific perceptive Kallen, wanted that. Therefore, she merely followed along with this, interested that she just hexed the king of Plegia when she saw just what happened with him. A puddle of water that happened to be easily avoidable just happening to be hit by something causing it to fly and cover the king in its murky contents. Murky water as that, just happened to be there and him in the wrong place at the wrong time. Oh yes, her hex is working marvelously and she enjoyed every second of it.
All the while she followed after, walking with the two of them as she merely nodded, “Of course I can forget about that. It should not take too long for the debt to be repaid.” And that debt would keep getting crazier and wilder as the day would go on until midnight when the hex would be depleted and destroyed. Kallen however, followed close and enjoyed the day for what it could completely occur to be as she followed close, a smile to her face and a delicate matter of enjoyment as she watched the two. Yet introductions were needed at some point and she did not believe she introduced herself well enough to the two of them as she would state, “I am Kallen Shey by the way, an average traveler of Plegia and no real notice to speak of for myself aside from that.”
