[attr="class","info"]Recently have been changes – or rather, updates around the site. With Sifr stepping down and Kuroya going on a hiatus, there had been a need to add new staff members including myself. Another impact was the leadership in the Knights of Cydonia, which had also lost pretty much everyone with the exception of very, very few (like 3 people.)

Long story short, Dorian was pulled back by the ear, the knights lost interest and were dispersing, and then Nascha, frustrated at the development, took over. There weren't many people left so it was like starting again from scratch.

Thanks to you guys, we've managed to go through this part but there comes another problem. We've lost a huge number of members. We intend to advertise like hell but we're not comfortable doing that yet with important spots unfilled. Given the updates around the site, we're open at the idea of tinkering your character a bit to fit in a role. Only if you want though! And if it actually makes sense.

It doesn't have to be a canon spot either. We didn't lose everyone but the Ylissean military REALLY took a hit. We could use more foot soldiers in Plegia, too. Ferox could use more characters who would engage in the plot in that country, not just have a background of growing there.

Don't worry. We're not side-eying you if you're not making any of these. Because hey, we could use more characters again in general. But if you're interested in filling up some site wanted, there we go.

There are numerous ideas you can work with. For instance, you may want to be the person to pull the weight in Talys, a region which wants to go independent. Maybe be a lord of a land. A merchant in Ferox? That'd be great. Foot soldiers? Yeah, we really could use more of that. A tanguel rebel? I think that's due for a leadership change. A khan vying for power? A rebel in Ferox? A manakete in Doluna? A pirate? A faithful? NINJAS? (C'mon, ninjas.)

We need less wanderers and hobos. No one's stopping you from making them.

Basically, guys, we have a lot of great characters at the site. I love them all. The problem is that to move the site plot forward, we need certain types of characters:

1) Knights of Cydonia - if you want to join, we have a brand new leader in Nascha, so go get yourself recruited!

2) Canons - All the canons. The Feroxi ones can stand to wait, but with the plot careening towards Ylisse and Plegia, we'd like to see those filled.

3) Ylissean and Plegian military - Whether it's mercenaries, volunteer militia, professional soldiers, or wannabe lord-captains, both sides could use... you know, characters that are part of the army. All ranks welcome!

4) Not wanderers - People that are attached to a certain country or faction, for whatever reason. While wanderers and strays can get involved in the site plot, it's a lot easier to move things along.

As said, I love all your characters, but if you're looking to make another (or don't mind making retcons onto your bio!), the above are all the character types we need!
