BIO
• From birth, Lucca was destined to be a warrior. Her parents were members, not of a royal army, but of a small band of nomad barbarians.
• She was born the youngest of 9 children, and as the only girl of the off spring, was treated in a more rough manner to attempt to toughen up her naturally delicate seeming body. In weapons, tactics, and multiple forms of combat, her parents made sure that their children missed out on no aspect of combat, even if they excelled in one area, they attempted to make sure that none were sub-par. Lucca was a league above her brothers in one key area, however, and that would be her adept skill in horsemanship.
• Lucca's own personal horse was given to her at the age of 19. A horse that she was made to break and train herself as part of her specific training. The horse was large and powerful, a wild mane of black running down it's head and neck with fur of an almost burning red color. While the horse was a wild beast as they brought it to the girl, she could already tell that it was going to be an amazing steed, worthy of her skills. She named the horse Wild Fire, due to it's own fiery temper and the aggressive way it fought to keep it's freedom. After 4 weeks together, the girl and the horse truly seemed to have formed a bond with each other. Together the pair rode into many battles together, two partners storming across the battlefield and lashing out at their enemies, with Wild Fire striking at enemies just as viciously as his rider. Despite their skill, the pair were unable to assist during the coming crisis.
• As war began to rage across the land due to the rise of the Grimleal army, Lucca's family made the choice to take up arms in the defense of their homeland of Ylisse, and more specifically the Eldrich Duchy of which they found themselves closest at the time. While they were valiant fighters, it was a losing battle, and the best her family could do was buy time for their greatest treasure to get away to safety. Lucca's family may have been killed in the fight, but she was able to get away thanks to their efforts, and she realized that the only true way to get revenge on the Grimleal army was through having an army of her own. Riding quickly to the Eldrich Ducy, Lucca joined with the army, hoping only to kill as many of the enemy as she could. She is currently unaware that the ones who killed her family were simply bandits using the appearance of the Grimleal to intimidate their enemies, feeding on their fear.
• Her plan was solid, and her skills were noticed quickly by the leaders of the Cavalry unit. With Wild Fire under her, Lucca was a demon on the battlefield, in more than just her mounted skill, but her high risk strategies that always seemed to pay off in the end. Due to her accomplishments, when the former unit leader stepped down from his position, there was little debate over who would take over his role.
