BIO
• Yaesa remembers too little of her childhood for it to matter to her, and isn't likely to share if she was. A lot of her life was spent in slumber, she knows that much; there were several hundred year spans of just darkness, and a lot of heartache over friends that were lost to the ages.
• As far as Yaesa knows, she reawoke two years ago, in a not so typical place. Plegia. She knew nothing of the people, nothing of the world, and she had a numb feeling in her mind and heart that she had never felt after a slumber previously. She was finally taken in by a nomadic Dragon tribe and nursed back to her recovery after her sleep. In her amnesiac state, she was given the name Yaesa by the Dragon tribe, a name that she clings to as her only rock in a sea of confusion.
• While she blamed her amnesia on her delirium at the time, the truth is, she never got over it. She relocated herself to Ylisse after her recovery and started a life in human society. While she could never take away the distinctions that made her a Manakete, she could disguise them through the usage of cleverly placed hats and hoods. She obtained a small house on the outskirts of Ylisstol using some of the money the tribe gave her for getting started, and lived her life as a hermit, venturing into Ylisstol only for selling the produce she collected.
• Everytime she ventured to town, she would hear of the recent news in the world. A year before she came to Ylisstol, the exalt had died and left the royalty in chaos while trying to find something close to the heir to the throne. A steward by the name of Matthias was struggling to keep the peace between the northern and southern provinces, and the Fire Emblem and Falchion were lost in the same offensive that killed the exalt. Yaesa practically feeded off of any information she could obtain about the political standing in Ylisse, and that was something that surprised her. The only theory that she could come up with was that at some point in her life, she was connected to some member of the royal family.
• Now, Yaesa yearns of news from Ylisse and this strange group called the Knights of Cydonia. While her house is still open to any traveler who needs it, it won't be for long, as she's likely to pack up and at least follow the traces she finds about the Fire Emblem and the Falchion.
OTHER
Yaesa's manakete form is the only indication that she has of her age. The colouring of her scales she's been told are an indication that she is over three thousand years old, with how the scales have started to become a duller shade. She sports an emerald green form, with a whole slew of green colours mixed throughout the body, and a little bit of yellow and white to accent.
Outside of her manakete form, like all manakete, the only indication of her heritage is her pointed ears.
